Basilica of Aghia Sophia is located within a few blocks of the 56 m² apartment. The Geropotamos Beach is about a 10-minute drive from the apartment.

M & N Residence offers a balcony, a dressing room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as comforts like air conditioning. The apartment features a bathroom with hairdryers, bath sheets, and slippers. Furthermore, a shower is available.
